Frederic Titter was shot and killed by Raymond Pyle at Frederic's workplace. Raymond was upset that Frederic was dating his ex-girlfriend. Raymond had a restraining order issued against him in July 1999. He also had a 2001 charge for operating a firearm while intoxicated and was on probation at the time of the killing.
