Joseph W. Evans, Jr., Dina’s estranged husband, was convicted of first degree intentional homicide in her death. Dina Evans died after a single gunshot wound to the chest. She was killed the same day that Joseph Evans was served a temporary restraining order that she had applied for ten days prior to her death. Jospeh had a prior felony conviction.
