Mondays with Morgan: Human Trafficking in Wisconsin – Trends, Tips and the Legal Landscape
When:September 15, 2014 from 1-2 PM
Where:At your desk
Join Morgan Young, Immigration & Poverty Law Attorney, for this month's legal technical assistance topic. Morgan will discuss what trafficking looks like in Wisconsin, as well as tips for identifying and working with victims of trafficking. Statewide and community initiatives will be discussed, as well as new laws that can help trafficking survivors move forward.
There will be question and answer time at the end of the hour on the current topic—or any legal topic—of concern to victim advocates. To register, click HERE.
Every month in 2014, End Abuse legal staff Tess Meuer or Morgan Young have been highlighting a current legal issue or trend for advocates in WI. We welcome you once a month, always on a Monday, for TESS Talks: legal information worth sharing or Mondays with Morgan. Just a few more in the series...don't miss them!
