DAIS is the leading provider of domestic violence intervention and prevention services in Dane County. Founded in 1977, DAIS has grown from its humble beginnings of five volunteers working out of a church basement, to an organization of close to 30 full-time staff, numerous part-time staff, and over 130 volunteers providing comprehensive prevention and intervention programming to thousands of Dane County residents each year. The organization is on the cusp of substantial growth in programming and the required staff and volunteer corps to support that programming. Additionally, the organization is in the midst of constructing a new, much larger facility slated to open in the summer of 2014.
 
DAIS is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join our growing team. The Business Services Manager (BSM) is a highly skilled, strategic, forward thinking, manager responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operation of the organization by managing a broad range of business management functions, including supervision of reception staff members and office volunteers. The BSM oversees the day to day office operations and assists the Director of Business Operations on future planning. The BSM also serves as the primary contact for office equipment vendors.
 
A successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of administrative management experience, including at least three years of supervisory experience supervising the work of multiple staff members. Additionally, the successful candidate will have an Associate degree; Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
