Safe Harbor of Sheboygan, Inc., a successful non-profit serving Sheboygan County for over 33 years, is seeking a Director of Services with a proven track-record in leadership and program management.  The Director of Services is a member of the leadership team.  This position is responsible for oversight of all client services at Safe Harbor including: supervision of professional program staff, grant writing and reporting, developing and monitoring program outcomes, insuring compliance with different funding requirements, responding to client concerns about services, collaborating with other service providers in Sheboygan County to insure smooth referral processes for clients, serving as a representative of the organization to various community partners as well as other duties. A successful candidate with have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field and at least 5 years working as a supervisor in a non-profit organization.  A Master’s degree is highly preferred.  Bilingual candidates and individuals of color are encouraged to apply.
