This position will provide crisis intervention, advocacy and ongoing support and will work with community partners such as law enforcement, prosecutors, schools and advocates to develop and implement protocols for responding to family violence.
The candidate must be bilingual and have a strong knowledge of the Hmong culture. The individual also needs to have the ability to work with the 18 Clan System as well.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field or equivalent life experience. Candidate must have understanding of a confidential counseling advocacy relationship and able to work independently and as a team.
